We upgraded the front sway bar and steering stabilizer and this 24B on the E450 chassis handles great, with the full side pop out and the large shower and wardrobe at 26'-8" it is a great size and easy to maneuver. We also put 800w of solar and 400ah of lithium batteries making boon docking a breeze. The power and gas mileage of the 7.3 Godzilla V8 in this size RV is excellent.

Worst quality camper made. Cracked frame in2 years. Sundowner had camper for a month said it was fixed. Went to pick it up and was not ready. They supposedly rewelded and 3 days later all welds cracked again Customer service is horrible they want us to drive 5 hours again for repair. I would not recommend this camper to anybody

Lock on front cubby was not installed but found under the floor mat. Tried to install but doesn't fit so cubby doesn't lock. The counters were not level and the gap between the stove and counters was over an inch. Dealer did install metal strips to cover up so food wouldn't fall between. No handrail so tried to install one on wall but the walls are foam and have no skeletal frame to connect to so had to install on steps going up to bedroom after the screw holes were covered back up. Drawers in bathroom and bedroom are so off kilter they don't shut evenly and always have a gap. The shower faucet wasn't tight behind the faucets and leaked behind the wall. removed faucet and tightened the fittings. The wires behind the wall for the hall lights had been cut, taped in the uncut place and therefore the lights didn't work until the wires were put together properly. Don't like the little refrigerator on the outside, would rather have that as storage space in the kitchen. The TV cable and plug in were never put in as it was omitted because of a design change so the dealer had to install one before delivery. The shades don't go up very easily and removal seems to be too difficult without destroying them. Something more permanent such as day/night shades of a better quality cloth. Do love the layout of this camper. We had a used1993 Coachman years ago. The quality of the 2024 compared to the 1993 is quite disappointing. The dealer was cooperative with most of the issues but most issues were taken care of by us as it sets on a permanent site and we don't have a vehicle to tow it back and forth 27 miles with every issue. Hope since the COVID ordeal is over the quality of ALL campers starts to go back to better quality.

This toy hauler was our 4th rv to own and it has been awesome! We have had no issues with it whatsoever. My daughter lived in it for 1 semester of college and had no problems. It has a good flow. The 3 air conditioners are amazing, especially in the Texas heat. I would definitely recommend this particular rv to anyone needing one with space for toys or room to sleep people.

We went from a 2007 to 2025 camper so it was a huge change for us. After we seem to get all of the bugs out, we can finally enjoy our camper.(the hidden closets travel latch did not lineup with a hole, the cupboard wasn’t secured on the island. The slide outs needed to be adjusted and have a few links taken out so they would close properly and the light socket needed to be adjusted so they were flush with the ceiling,) . One of the big issues that I have found is that the solar panels do not keep up with the refrigerator. I’m sure if you have sunny skies every day it would be fine but realistically that just doesn’t happen here. I also found that we needed to turn the motion lights off as they will come on every time the heater kicks in and even with a strong breeze. The water heater is bipolar. One second it is coaching hot and the next it is freezing cold. i’m sure this is something we will have to tweak to make it just right, but for now showers are not pleasant. I have to say the thing that pissed me off the most about this camper was the closet doors in the bathroom were missing. When we looked at it, the hardware was there and we were told that they would be put on before we picked it up. When we picked it up the holes spackles, the hardware was gone, and there were no doors. The manager told me they no longer come with doors so I will have to have some custom-made.

Perfect practical floor plan, spacious with two full wall slide outs. Reliable, exceptionally clean and well maintained inside and out. This motorhome is ready to take you across the country on or off grid with the Generac generator. The diesel motor runs like new, oil change just done. The fiberglass roof is sturdy and sealed, no leaks, no mildew. Upholstery, flooring, toilet, fridge and more were upgraded. This motorhome is a great deal for the lucky new owner, highly recommend.

This 40' Rexair motorhome has been a dream come true. It has been meticulously upgraded, maintained, detailed, and kept clean & mold free. A pre-sale inspection was done and it is ready to hit the road. Even when the two wall slides are in, this unique motorhome is still fully functioning, allowing for use of kitchen, bath, etc. It really has a fantastic floor plan. Enjoy the freedom and independence with all amenities off-grid or in parks. The motor runs great, strong enough to tow any vehicle you like. There are many extras and lots of storage as well. There is no floor plan or factory warranty, but I have had no problems getting replacement parts, because they are typically made by manufacturers like Ford.
